Flag football

Flag football at Kraków Football Kings is a dynamic, non-contact version of American football, designed for individuals who want to improve their physical fitness, teamwork skills, and competitive mindset — without the need for full-contact play.

The flag football section operates as an integral part of the Kraków Football Kings organization and is led by experienced players and coaches actively involved in the Polish football community. Both the coaching staff and player roster include current members of the Polish national flag football team, ensuring a high standard of training and direct knowledge transfer from international competition.

Flag football is an inclusive sport, open to women, men, and children regardless of prior athletic experience. To ensure age-appropriate training and development, the section is divided into two sub-sections:

Minis Section – for children aged 10–14
Mix Section – for women and men aged 15 and above

It is an excellent choice for beginners looking to start their football journey, athletes seeking to complement training in other sports, as well as players aiming to develop toward league and tournament competition.

Players take part in regular training sessions, scrimmages, and competitions organized within national and international structures. The club provides comprehensive organizational and coaching support, focusing on the long-term development of every athlete.

By joining the Flag Football section of Kraków Football Kings, you:

  • train within a professionally organized sports club,
  • learn from members of the Polish national flag football team,
