INTERVIEW WITH KRZYSZTOF
To start, tell us a bit about yourself – who is Krzysztof Latusek, really? What are your interests?
I’m a fan of all kinds of sports. When I’m taking a break from the most beautiful one (football), I spend my time riding various types of boards and studying at the Faculty of Physics at AGH University of Science and Technology.
How long have you been playing football? What’s your favorite memory from this journey?
I believe my football journey began in 2016 when I attended my first practice with Falcons Tychy. There, I met countless amazing people, with whom I share incredible memories, but nothing beats the joy of winning the second league last season.
What are your ambitions for this season? What convinced you to join the Kings?
Studying in Kraków and commuting to Tychy last year was really tough, and I knew from the start that living in Kraków meant it was only a matter of time before I’d play for the Kings. I won’t hide that the way Kraków’s defense performed last season only reinforced my belief that I would fit in well here. As for my ambition this season? There’s only one – to do whatever it takes to win that ring.
As a national flag football player, you’ll undoubtedly be a significant boost to Kraków’s flag football team too – can fans expect excitement from you in that discipline as well?
I’m not sure if the coach of “Drużyna Bez Nazwy” will be happy about this – let’s just say the matter is still developing…
