We win on the road against the Rebels!

Today’s clash in Katowice ends with a 42:20 victory for Kraków Kings U19!

The Rebels prepared very solidly for this Saturday’s game. Our offense, however, quickly and confidently gained the upper hand with an opening touchdown by Mikołaj Megiel, never once giving up the lead. Just like in the previous game against the Falcons, not only the Bychawski (QB) – Dudzik (WR) duo delivered, but also the running game. On defense, Jakub Wiencenciak stood out with an excellent performance, earning the Defensive MVP award.

Robin Volkmar – Head Coach Kraków Kings in his post-game statement:

“We came into the game having analized the Rebels’ plays from their first game well. They put up a good fight though, pulling plays we hadn’t seen yet and being well prepared overall. In the end, we had 10 players more on our roster, and also we’d been working on our speed the whole offseason, so in the second half the Rebels were not able to keep up anymore. They were a better team than last year, and so are we. I’m looking forward to seeing where coach Ociepka will take his juniors next year, and wish them good luck for the rest of the season!”
